Priced Right Awnings & Outdoor Living is one of Southern Utah's fastest-growing outdoor living companies, and we're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role starts part-time, but for the right person, it comes with a genuine path to a full-time career and greater responsibility as we continue to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Office Assistant, you'll be the organized heartbeat of our office. Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing a warm, professional first impression
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and helpfully
- Scheduling appointments and installations to keep our calendar running smoothly
- Helping coordinate projects from start to finish
- Placing supplier and material orders accurately and on time
- Organizing project files and paperwork so nothing slips through the cracks
- Keeping customers updated throughout their projects
- Assisting ownership with daily administrative tasks
- Keeping the office running efficiently so the whole team can shine
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Here's the good news: you do NOT need construction or project management experience. We can teach you everything about our industry. What we can't teach is attitude, work ethic, and natural organization — and that's exactly what we're searching for.

EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk coordinator, or office coordinator is a plus — but it is NOT required. We are genuinely happy to train the right person. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
