What You'll Own
Luxury Service Operations
- Lead all daily Fixed Operations service activities
- Deliver an ownership experience worthy of the Audi brand
- Maintain exceptional service quality, efficiency, and profitability
Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, mentor, and develop elite advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Build a culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Create an environment where employees thrive and customers become lifelong advocates
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Audi's premium standards
- Drive CSI, online reputation, and customer retention initiatives
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
Operational Excellence
- Maximize labor sales, technician productivity, and departmental profitability
- Monitor key performance metrics including:
- Effective Labor Rate
- Hours Per Repair Order
- Technician Efficiency & Productivity
- CSI
- Warranty Performance
- Customer Retention
- Maintain compliance with Audi standards and manufacturer requirements
Team Development
- Coach advisors and technicians to achieve their highest potential
- Develop future leaders within the department
- Foster ongoing training and professional growth
Cross-Department Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Parts, Finance, and Executive Leadership to deliver a seamless luxury ownership experience that extends well beyond the showroom. What We're Looking For German Import Experience Required We're looking for someone who understands premium European brands and has successfully managed luxury service operations. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience with brands such as:
