Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support based on each individual's goals and preferences.
- Assist individuals in developing daily living, social, and community participation skills.
- Support participation in recreational activities, appointments, employment, volunteer opportunities, and community outings.
- Encourage independence while respecting each person's choices and dignity.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors, families, and members of the support team.
- Follow all New Jersey DDD policies and company standards to ensure safe, high-quality services.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass all required background checks.
- Ability to complete New Jersey DDD-required training.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel
- Mileage reimbursement is provided only for travel while transporting the client during scheduled service hours. Commuting to and from the client’s location is not reimbursable.
