Job Description- Parts Customer Service Representative
JOB EXPECTATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES-
1. Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, word, and power point document creation
2. Hub Spot and Netsuite knowledge preferred but will train
3. Part identifying, labeling, and organizing
4. Answer incoming emails and phone calls
5. Assist with inventory tracking
6. Keep records of completed orders
7. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
8. Communicate and cooperate with managers and team members.

Microsoft Dynamics
Computer/ Phone
Quality Control experience / knowledge
Education and Experience-
Parts experience preferred. Positive attitude and ability to learn are required.
