CNA - Day Shift
Location: Pueblo, CO
Status: Full-Time, Part-Time
Pay: $17–$22/hr
Shift: Day Shift
Pueblo Heights is hiring CNAs for our day shift team! This role is heavily involved in resident daily routines, hands-on care, and supporting residents throughout the busiest parts of their day.
We are looking for CNAs who are dependable, attentive, and work well as part of a team. Day shift CNAs play a major role in helping residents start their day safely, comfortably, and with the support they need.
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents during meals, activities, and daily routines throughout the shift
- Take and document vital signs accurately
- Answer resident call lights and respond to care needs promptly
- Assist with transfers using gait belts, lifts, and other transfer equipment as needed
- Work closely with nursing staff to support consistent resident care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
What We’re Looking For
- Active Colorado CNA license
- Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced environment
