A fast-paced distribution and logistics operation on USA Parkway is hiring Warehouse Associates for night shift on two four-day schedules — three days off every week, a shift premium in your paycheck, and your days completely free. Compensation & Schedule

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Label, sort, and consolidate products accurately

Load and unload trailers and containers and stage inbound and outbound shipments

Verify counts and inspect merchandise for quality

Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Support inventory activities and special projects as needed

Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA guidelines
What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution experience preferred — a great attitude and willingness to learn count just as much

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with basic math skills

Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record

Physical readiness: ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs independently (60 lbs with assistance), and perform repetitive movement in varying temperatures
