Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians with parts lookup and ordering
- Read and interpret parts diagrams accurately
- Manage parts inventory and stock levels
- Process parts sales
- Perform inventory counts, bin checks, and audits
- Communicate order status and updates to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts sales or parts management (required)
- Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment parts (preferred)
- Experience with brands such as JCB, Mahindra, Ferris, Scag, Exmark, or Stihl is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
