Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take beverage orders accurately using POS systems .
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Engage with guests to foster guest relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems a plus; experience with cashiering and basic math skills is essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills, guest relations abilities, and teamwork orientation
