Key Requirements:
*
Experience in CNC Machines or Recent Graduate.
*
Waterjet machine operation experience preferred.
*
Responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, and Lathes to produce precision parts.
*
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing) , and work instructions.
*
Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gages.
*
Adjust the feeds, speeds and tool offsets to maintain tolerances.
*
Experience with HAAS (or similar controls. a proprietary, user-friendly CNC system designed by Haas Automation for mills.
