Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Erect metal buildings and install framing using metal stud framing techniques with precision and attention to detail
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to ensure durable and high-quality structures
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Execute masonry tasks including stucco application, siding installation, plastering, and trim carpentry
- Conduct roofing work and woodworking projects with craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Measure dimensions accurately using appropriate tools for framing, drywall installation, or remodeling projects
- Assist with restoration projects by applying skills in siding replacement or structural repairs as needed
- Support site management by coordinating heavy lifting operations and maintaining safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related trades
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with framing carpentry—including woodwork and metal stud framing—and trim carpentry techniques
- Experience with roofing systems, siding installation, plastering or stucco application preferred
- Ability to read construction plans thoroughly and execute tasks according to specifications
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety compliance and problem-solving
