Join our team and play a key role in keeping our building running efficiently, safely, and welcoming for everyone who visits. This hands-on role combines facilities support with administrative responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle basic building maintenance
- Perform routine safety checks, including fire extinguishers and safety equipment
- Set up tables, chairs, and A/V equipment for events
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and occasional reception coverage
- Maintain indoor/outdoor spaces including some landscape work
- Transport supplies as needed
- Responsible for mail pickup and sorting
- Perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support facilities and office functions
What You Bring:
- High school diploma and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights (10‑foot ladder)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Schedule & Conditions:
- Part-time, Monday–Friday – 25 hours per week
- Occasional local travel
Hiring Range:
$24,276 - $26,063
