Paver Operator Qualifications
- Previous asphalt paving experience required
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate an asphalt paver
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
Lute/Rake Crew Member & Asphalt Maintenance Laborer
- Asphalt experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right individuals.
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license preferred
