We are looking for a motivated Senior Food Production Associate who takes pride in producing high-quality food, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is ready to grow with our company.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with food manufacturing or commercial food production experience who wants to be part of a company with exciting long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and manufacture food products according to standardized recipes and production procedures.
- Accurately weigh, measure, mix, marinate, form, cook, and package products.
- Operate food production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure products consistently meet company quality standards.
- Follow GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory rotation and proper ingredient handling.
- Train and support new production associates as needed.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining product quality.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 2+ years of food manufacturing, commercial kitchen, or food production experience.
- Works with minimal supervision.
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work.
- Has strong attention to detail and follows procedures consistently.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated production areas.
- Is comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Works well in a team-oriented environment.
- Is committed to producing high-quality food every day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in frozen food manufacturing.
- Experience operating food processing equipment such as mixers, grinders, slicers, or packaging machines.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, GMP, and HACCP practices.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
