About Phoenix Water Solutions
Phoenix Water Solutions is a national water conservation and infrastructure company helping municipalities, multifamily communities, and commercial properties reduce water consumption through technology, infrastructure improvements, metering systems, leak detection, and water management solutions.
We are looking for a proven construction leader who can independently run projects from handoff through completion.
This is not an assistant project manager role.
This is not a coordinator role.
We need someone who can walk onto a jobsite, take ownership, lead crews, manage customers, solve problems, protect profitability, and drive projects to successful completion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects from sales handoff through closeout.
- Lead field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Build and maintain project schedules.
- Manage customer communication.
- Control budgets and labor productivity.
- Create and manage change orders.
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections.
- Coordinate material procurement.
- Forecast labor needs and project timelines.
- Resolve project issues proactively.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
Success In The First 6 Months Looks Like
- Successfully managing multiple active projects independently.
- Becoming the primary customer contact on assigned projects.
- Reducing executive involvement in project execution.
- Maintaining strong project margins.
- Delivering projects on schedule.
- Building trust with field and office teams.

Required
- 7+ years construction project management experience.
- 5+ years managing field teams.
- Experience running projects exceeding $250,000.
- Strong understanding of plumbing, underground utilities, water infrastructure, civil construction, or mechanical construction.
- Experience with scheduling software.
- Experience with project financial management.
Strongly Preferred
- Plumbing contractor experience.
- Utility infrastructure experience.
- Water meter deployment experience.
- Multifamily construction experience.
- ServiceTitan experience.
- Multi-state project experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $110,000 Base Salary
