Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer, with a chauffeur's license, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations on the jobsite and warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and maintaining a well-organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and work efficiently with others. Starting wage is $18 or more, depending on experience.
Duties
- Assist the well driller and service technicians as needed.
- Collaborate with coworkers to maintain optimal productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse space to facilitate easy access to products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in water well drilling is preferred.
- Ability to operate a mini excavator is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- A team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as required.
