What You'll Do
Project Support & Coordination

Assist Project Managers in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate daily activities between field teams, subcontractors, and office personnel

Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management software

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing systems
Team & Resource Coordination

Support crew scheduling and resource allocation decisions

Facilitate communication between foremen, team leads, and project stakeholders
-
Assist with material procurement, delivery coordination, and inventory management

Help coordinate equipment rentals and logistics
Administrative Excellence

Maintain accurate project records in our construction management and ERP systems

Prepare project status reports and progress updates for management

Process change orders, purchase orders, and project-related documentation

Support permit applications and inspection scheduling
Quality & Safety Support

Assist with site inspections and safety compliance monitoring

Help ensure projects meet TechnoGuard quality standards and client expectations

Support quality control processes and documentation requirements

Coordinate with Quality Control team for site walks and inspections
Client & Vendor Relations

Serve as secondary point of contact for routine client communications

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material deliveries and service scheduling

Assist with client meetings and project presentations

Support project closeout activities and final documentation
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
-
Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience with construction management software, or other project management software (Assignar, Acumatica, MS Project)

CAPM, OSHA 10/30, or other relevant certifications

Previous experience in specialty contracting or critical facility work

Customer service or client-facing experience
