Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)

About the Opportunity
Transition Staffing Group is partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized construction organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs across their West Coast operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and play a key role in supporting ongoing growth and project demands. This position can be structured as contract or contract-to-hire depending on fit and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for experienced hire roles across multiple business units
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and drive timely hiring decisions
- Post and manage requisitions through ATS and external platforms, including LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with both technical requirements and team fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer creation and onboarding processes
- Oversee background check process and ensure smooth onboarding experience
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing strategies
- Utilize multiple channels including social media, job boards, and networking to identify top talent
- Develop strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and communication
- Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Prior experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, or project-based environments
- Experience supporting large or multi-site organizations

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
