Veterinary Technician needed for very busy practice. Hospital hours are Monday - Friday 8a-6p; Must be comfortable and have prior experience assisting in surgeries. At least 2 years of experience is required.
Duties include but are not limited to: assisting in exam rooms, assisting in surgery, common knowledge of pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, care of hospitalized patients, etc. Candidates must enjoy working with all canine/feline breeds and their owners. Candidates must be able to demonstrate proper safety techniques in animal restraint.
Applicants are required to be a high school graduate. Applicants are also required to have professional animal experience with excellent customer service.
Above all, the applying candidate must be hard working, able to multi-task, efficient, and reliable. A working interview may be required.
