Job Overview:
HOURS: Daily between 6:30am-1:30pm , weekends.
We are looking for a strong Customer Service Team Member to join our team. In this position, you'll make and serve drink/food products, take orders, and provide customer service for a local café that serves plant-based energy drinks, coffees, espressos, and breakfast burritos. Part of each position is to also expo the food orders, online orders, and help with cleaning, inventory, and food safety.
General Responsibilities:
- Learn to make all Drinks ( coffee and energy drinks) Follows all company drink recipes and procedures.
- Take customer orders at the register, online and by phone
- Expo food and take food to tables
- Sells and serves beverage & food items to customers.
- Maintain efficient, friendly service.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist in restocking as needed.
- Educate customers about the company and its products.
- Prepare workstations by prepping, stocking, and cleaning when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assists in the overall cleanliness of the front-of-house including equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
- Support the team with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Product consistency and quality assurance.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while preparing food items when necessary.
Job Qualification:
- Excellent verbal skills and a professional attitude.
- Well-organized and detail-orientated.
- This position requires the ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- One year of previous barista experience is a plus!
- Open availability on mornings and weekends.
- Experience operating POS systems.
- 18+

Pay depends on experience. $16.50-18.00+ with cash tip split
