Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of clients who may require assistance due to age, illness, or disability. Our goal is to keep our clients in their home and out of a nursing home. This is why we need amazing, caring & dependable caregivers. Orientation/Training is done at our office in Oak Ridge, TN.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record client health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Help with medication Reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs for appointments or social activities.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
- MUST WEAR BLACK SCRUBS TO SHIFT WITH NAME BADGE.
- Must complete timesheets daily and clock in and out daily.
- Must document daily notes daily regarding our members status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
- Kind, Caring, Honest & Dependable a must.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established care protocols.
- Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
- CNA's Needed but not a requirement.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
