Job Summary:
Job1USA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee security operations within the Toledo, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers, ensuring adherence to post orders and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess security operations and provide on-the-job training as needed.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client inquiries, providing resolutions in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, training, and personnel performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in report writing and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
