Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning efforts to support career growth and organizational stability.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations using HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
- Drive change management initiatives by designing organization structures, conducting workforce planning, and leading projects that support strategic goals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, affirmative action planning, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance protocols.
- Facilitate employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively, promoting open communication, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations.
- Expertise in human capital management (HCM), talent management, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday (Dayforce), Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms; advanced skills in Excel data analysis are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards to ensure legal compliance across all HR functions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and cross-department collaboration.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as ATS platforms; experience with personnel administration and payroll processing is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
