Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Receiving load unit inventory into the POS software.
- Recapping sales invoices and handling refund deals as needed.
- Managing the deal log for sales tax reporting.
- OEM Floorplan management.
- Maintaining accurate and organized digital and physical records.
What we're looking for:
- A pride-driven individual with customer service experience.
- Previous accounting experience (required).
- High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to easily navigate worksheets and utilize advanced formulas to streamline the reconciliation process.
- Proficiency with computers, phones, and other technology.
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 2 pm (30 hours per week)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
