Construction Framer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Framer to join our construction team. The Framer will be responsible for building and installing structural frameworks for walls, ceilings, roofs, and other areas of the project while following construction plans, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood or metal framing materials.
- Construct walls, partitions, ceilings, and structural components.
- Install framing according to project specifications and building codes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Ensure framing is level, square, plumb, and properly secured.
- Work with other construction crews to coordinate project activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
- Identify and report any construction issues or material concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other framing and general construction duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous framing or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of framing materials, tools, and construction methods.
- Ability to accurately measure and perform basic calculations.
- Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
