Call Center / Business Answering Service based in Bel Air, MD
Shifts:
- (B): Mon-Thurs (3pm-11pm) + Sun (10am-6pm)
Onboarding/Training: Will take place during the day shift for 1-2 weeks (candidate dependent)
- 9am-3pm for a week and then they will be on their shift of 3pm-11pm.
Duties of role:
- Answering calls that come through via headset/computer system
- Utilize StarTel system to correctly log call-in information
- Data entry based off of call-ins, will need to follow prompts given by each company profile
- Need to have attention to detail to be able to maneuver through StarTel accurately and efficiently
Personality of employee:
- Customer service oriented
- Not overly chatty (need to be able to be conversational, but efficient on calls)
- Someone okay with a sedentary job (role requires sitting at a desk at a computer during the duration of the shift)
- Empathetic (some of the clientele is the elderly, some clientele come from the medical industry, etc.)
- Active listener
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
