Active Veterinary Technician License (state-appropriate)
Prior veterinary technician experience
Weekend availability is required
Strong commitment to compassionate, empathetic patient and client care
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining grace under pressure
Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
Provide skilled nursing care to hospitalized and surgical patients
Collect and process laboratory samples
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
Educate and communicate with clients in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner
Maintain accurate medical records
Uphold hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices
Contribute positively to a respectful, team-centered workplace culture
