Summary
We are seeking an ELITE Client Service Manager to join our team at Bison Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ELITE client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction within our ELITE Client Service Department. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our ELITE clients' financial journeys.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track client interactions and manage account information effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving ELITE customer service processes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services or account management within the financial services industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer relationship management tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
