We’re looking for an Office Manager who thrives in that kind of environment, someone who can balance professionalism with warmth, stay organized under pressure, and confidently communicate the value of what we do.

Your Role: The Heartbeat of Our Clinic
You’ll be the first and last face our clients see. You’ll manage the daily flow, support care plans, and make sure every person who walks in the door feels valued and cared for.
You’ll keep things running by:
- Coordinating schedules and managing daily operations
- Greeting clients and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out
- Handling calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
- Following up with potential clients to convert leads
- Supporting our marketing and social media efforts
What You’ll Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Personable and empathetic – clients feel seen and cared for
- Confident with sales – you believe in what we do and can share it naturally
- Organized and reliable – details never slip through the cracks
- Creative and social-savvy – comfortable helping with stories, posts, or event promos
- A strong communicator – clear, positive, and professional in every interaction
- Experienced: ideally 1–2 years in an office, front desk, or client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
