Depending on your experience and interests, you'll have the opportunity to set up and operate Manual or CNC Centerless & Cylindrical Grinding machines, along with other precision manufacturing equipment. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of your work—from setup and process adjustments to inspection and producing high-quality finished parts. Those willing to learn will receive hands-on training from experienced craftsmen and have the opportunity to build a long-term career in precision grinding

What you will do:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC centerless grinding machines.
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding machines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and ensure high-quality results.
What we are looking for in you:
- An interest in a career in precision grinding and/ or machining.
- Experience with machine tools, blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with precision measuring equipment
- Good mathematical skills and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
- You have attention to detail, strong work ethic, mechanical ability, positive attitude.
- You will have a steady demeanor and take pride in your work.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
