Parts Specialist

As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient parts management and exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Provide excellent sales service by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
- Contribute to sales efforts by promoting parts and accessories effectively.
- Demonstrate organizational skills in managing parts inventory and ensuring stock levels are optimized.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience and competancy with CDK and EPC (such as Microcat) required.
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify customer needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on inventory management.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
