General Manager – Fairfield by Marriott Nashville/Bellevue
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our Fairfield by Marriott Nashville/Bellevue property. This role requires a proven hospitality professional with Marriott brands , strong operational leadership, and Fosse experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and daily operational oversight of the Fairfield by Marriott Nashville/Bellevue
- Drive revenue performance through forecasting, pricing strategy, and collaboration with revenue management
- Oversee all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sales
- Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, audits, and quality assurance requirements
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing management and line-level team
- Maintain strong relationships with ownership, brand partners, and vendors
- Ensure consistent guest satisfaction and effective service recovery
Required Qualifications
- Recent General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience or Operations Management with a Marriott brand (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Marriott systems, including Fosse. Fosse experience required. Power of M preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fairfield by Marriott or other Marriott brands
- Familiarity with Marriott systems, including Fosse and Power of M
- Experience supporting multi-property operations
