Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic, reliable, and team-oriented Strength & HIIT Coach to lead high-energy group classes and contribute to our strong community culture. This role goes beyond coaching—you’ll be part of the experience, helping bring energy to themed workouts, special events, and studio initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, music-driven strength and HIIT group classes
- Coach proper form, provide corrections, and ensure member safety
- Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
- Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (timing intervals, coaching, music control, and class flow)
- Create a motivating, inclusive, and community-focused environment
- Set up and break down equipment efficiently
- Build relationships with members and contribute to a strong studio culture
- Actively participate in themed workouts, special events, and community initiatives
Qualifications:
- Group Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) preferred
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience leading strength training and/or HIIT-style group classes
- Strong ability to multitask and lead a fast-paced class environment
- Energetic, positive, and confident coaching presence
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability and reliability
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available for early morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts
- Flexibility is required based on class schedule and events
