Customer Representatives are an essential part of that communication and our partnership with clients.
We are looking for an entry-level professional with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to join our team as a Customer Representative. The role includes working between departments to master client knowledge and sales and marketing, as well as outreach initiatives with members of the community. And of course, providing great customer service and confident solutions for local consumers.
Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Proper execution of customer service and sales initiatives through direct communication with client leads and existing accounts
- Becoming familiar with the telecommunications industry and client products and services to efficiently answer inquiries and requests
- Collaborating with members of management, the Sales team, and other Customer Representatives to create solutions for client marketing campaigns
- Generating new sales opportunities with the assistance of client technology and service knowledge
- Maintaining friendly and professional communication through all levels of the sales process and representing the client positively
Customer Representative Qualities:
- Experience in a customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, business, or client relations role is a plus
- Teamwork and open communication within the Customer Representative team and across all company departments
- Full-time availability for day shifts
- Interest in learning about our client's industries and implementing the knowledge during sales and customer service outreach
- Effective and professional communication on behalf of our clients

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,400.00 per month
