What you’ll do

- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and childhood development.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly, ensuring all learning styles are accommodated.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child welfare and development through open communication and regular updates.
- Provide specialized support for children with unique needs, including early intervention strategies and special education practices.
- Maintain classroom management to create an orderly learning space conducive to exploration and discovery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education, including Montessori methods.
- Participate in standardized testing preparation as needed to assess student readiness for future educational endeavors.
Basic qualifications
- Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
