Position Summary:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for working independently, with limited supervision, to design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials and training programs that align with our company objectives. Requires a higher level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and expertise in instructional design principles.

Create and design engaging, effective, and interactive learning materials, including eLearning courses or instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources.

Proficiency in designing and developing a variety of learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS); Basic graphic design skills or proficiency in using graphic design software.
Qualifications Preferred:
Experience – Minimum 2 years’ experience in training or facilitation role within the indirect auto finance market, banking/finance company/auto industry.
Education – Advanced training or certifications in human resources, talent development, or related fields.
Travel 10-20% - as required.
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Auburn Hills, MI
