Coven Cleaning MN is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented house cleaner to join our growing team. This position involves cleaning residential homes, providing excellent customer service, and helping create clean, comfortable spaces for our clients.
Coven Cleaning MN works with disabled and neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, chronic illness, mental health conditions, and mobility limitations
Responsibilities
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in residential homes
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists
Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
Reliable transportation
Ability to transport company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
