Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with their daily routines, providing compassionate, personalized care.
- Respond promptly to residents' needs, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and provide technical nursing care as prescribed by physicians.
- Observe and record changes in residents' conditions, and promptly report significant signs and symptoms.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other care team members.
- Assist with other duties as needed to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Help supervise and lead Nursing assistants and LPNs.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois RN License in good standing (new grads are welcome!).
- CPR certification preferred.
- Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, and push/pull medication carts and wheelchairs with up to 30 pounds of force.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms to assist residents.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rates: $37.00 - $39.00 per hour.
