THE ROLE
We are expanding our in-house media team.
You will take ownership of real channels and campaigns and you are responsible for how how we show up in the market. The scope is broad, the autonomy is real, the expectations are high, and the opportunity to shape and elevate the brand is substantial.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Content Calendar
- Contribute to and help own the master content calendar across monthly, quarterly, and annual arcs
- Develop promotional strategy around quarterly and seasonal campaigns, procedure spotlights, practice events, and market opportunities
- Bring ideas proactively — campaigns, partnerships, content series — and lead them through to execution
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities in the Houston market
Content & Production
- Proactively identify content opportunities — you won’t be handed a shot list
- Film, direct, and edit video content (Reels, TikToks, before/afters, educational series, testimonials)
- Multiply every asset: one video shoot becomes multiple posts, stories, clips, and ads
- Produce graphics, copy, and creative for all platforms using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
Social Media & Brand
- Manage assigned social platforms and contribute to overall platform strategy
- Engage authentically with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build community
- Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice and aesthetic across every touchpoint
- Monitor trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Website Management
- Update the practice website: landing pages, procedure pages, blog posts, and specials
- Monitor site performance and implement improvements based on data
- Coordinate with web developers or agency partners for technical updates
- Keep all digital assets and calls-to-action aligned with current campaigns
Agency Coordination
- Work alongside external marketing agencies and media partners as an internal point of contact
- Brief agencies clearly, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure outputs meet brand standards.
- Evaluate agency performance and contribute recommendations
Blogging & Email Newsletters
- Write and publish SEO-driven blog content on procedures, patient education, and practice news
- Plan and execute monthly email newsletters: copy, design, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Build email campaigns around promotions, events, and seasonal moments
- Help grow and maintain the subscriber list
Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Create content and campaigns aligned to the patient journey from awareness through consultation
- Track campaign performance and refine based on results
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain KPI dashboards for your channels: engagement, reach, leads, and conversions
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Use data to inform your decisions and share what you learn with the team
Print Media & In-Office Collateral
- Design print materials for magazine advertisements in luxury and lifestyle publications
- Create in-office collateral: procedure brochures, patient pamphlets, service menus, event flyers, and signage
- Manage print vendor relationships and production timelines
- Ensure all print assets are cohesive with current digital campaigns
Partnerships & Growth
- Identify and manage influencer relationships and collaboration opportunities
- Represent the brand with care and professionalism with vendors, media contacts, and community partners
- Stay current on platform trends and share what you find with the team

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing — preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury services
- Content Production: Proven ability to shoot and edit professional-quality video and photo content independently
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects required
- Print Design: Experience designing print-ready files for magazine ads, brochures, or marketing collateral
- Website Management: Hands-on experience managing and updating a business website (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS)
- Email Marketing: Experience with platforms such as Flodesk or Constant Contact
- Paid Advertising: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Analytics: Comfortable with Google Analytics, ROI, Meta Business Suite, and building performance reports
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills — you will interact with patients and represent our brand in person daily
- Portfolio: A body of work that reflects your range, your taste, and your results
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in plastic surgery, med spa, or cosmetic dermatology marketing
- Influencer outreach or PR experience
- Photography skills or drone/gimbal operation
- SEO/SEM depth beyond basic analytics
- Experience working as part of a creative team
