Role Description: We are seeking a driven, high-energy Outside Sales Associate to join our team in the Albany, New York Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site/field role where you will be the face of our brand, meeting directly with homeowners to bring their renovation dreams to life.You won't be chained to a desk. Instead, you'll manage warm leads, conduct interactive in-home consultations, and use our cutting-edge tech to present custom solutions.
Your Daily Impact
In-Home Consultations: Meet with prospective customers in their homes to assess their spaces, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and present design options.
Close the Deal: Build immediate trust, prepare accurate design estimates, and confidently guide homeowners through the buying process.
Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on leads, manage your personal sales pipeline, and log all activities accurately in our CRM.Community Connection: Represent the company at local home shows and community events to build brand awareness and generate fresh leads.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with our operations and installation teams to ensure the final product matches your exact design vision.
Qualifications
Proven Sales DNA: Experience in outside sales, home improvement, or residential services is highly preferred. You know how to read a room and close a deal.Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You listen actively and possess the natural ability to turn a cold lead into a glowing referral.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and modern digital tools on the go to manage your book of business.
Self-Motivated: A disciplined self-starter who thrives with independence, manages time effectively, and is willing to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends) to meet with homeowners.
On the Move: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a readiness to travel locally throughout the Greater Albany metro area.
