The ideal candidate is an upbeat, professional and reliable person who is looking to work in a multi-specialty office who sees patients of all ages. Your responsibilities include:
- Check-in patientscollect balance/co-pays due prior to services; update patient chart, as required.-Check-out patients.-Discuss treatment plans with patients
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.-Complete daily overview of upcoming patient appointments.-Call and confirm all scheduled patient appointments.-Make follow up appointments for patients.-Assist with hygiene recall lists, missed and canceled appointment lists, and treatment plan reports to help fill openings created by cancellations and no-shows.-Maintain service logs and clinic logs on a daily basis.-Assist clinic with insurance verification, when requested.-Assist with front office supply inventory needs.
