Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing helpful recommendations when necessary.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, refilling drinks and clearing plates as needed.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Skills
- Strong math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in kitchen environments or nightclubs is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with menusifu POS systems or similar technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests through attentive service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
