As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare and assemble food safely, accurately, and efficiently in a high-volume quick-service environment. You will work closely with fellow team members to maintain food quality, speed of service, and operational excellence.
No experience required — we provide structured, paid training.

Prepare chicken, sandwiches, and other menu items to Chick-fil-A standards

Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all prep and cooking areas

Manage ticket flow during high-volume meal periods

Restock and rotate inventory properly

Communicate clearly with front-of-house team members

Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)

Morning prep shifts available (as early as 5:30 AM)
