Career Land Center is recruiting on behalf of a respected hospital in Denver, Colorado, seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join its maternity care team.
Position Overview
As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will provide direct patient care during the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases of labor and delivery. Working alongside physicians, midwives, neonatal specialists, and other healthcare professionals, you will help ensure positive outcomes for both mothers and newborns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
- Assist with labor management, deliveries, and newborn stabilization when needed
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Canadian citizenship
- Valid Canadian passport
- Successful completion of the NCLEX examination
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience

Compensation & Benefits
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
