Summary:
As a Kitchen Cook/Prep, you will be an integral part of our team, utilizing your core skills in food preparation, to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your premium skill in fine dining will elevate our service standards, ensuring that every dish meets the highest quality. With relevant skills in catering, food handling, and restaurant experience, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen. A dishwasher ensures a hygienic, efficient kitchen by washing dishes, cutlery, and cookware, cleaning equipment, and maintaining sanitation standards. Key duties include operating industrial washers, hand-washing large items, removing trash, sweeping/mopping floors, and organizing storage.
