Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality standards
- Follow specific cleaning protocols tailored to each client’s needs
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients and team members
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and clients
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation is a plus for traveling between job sites
- A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness are essential
