We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented cleaning professional to join our team as an Premium Detailed Cleaning Personnel. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures across all areas, adhering to health and safety standards
- Use specialized cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools effectively and safely
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care
- Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, appliances, or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and client requests for quality assurance
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service while managing expectations
- Apply floor care techniques including stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing to maintain high-quality flooring surfaces
- Ensure outdoor work areas are clean and well-maintained when applicable
- Follow all cleaning detergents’ instructions for safe use and disposal while maintaining a clean workspace at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in residential housekeeping or commercial janitorial services with a focus on detailed cleaning
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation practices, and the use of various cleaning equipment and detergents
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- Hands-on experience with carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, and outdoor cleaning tasks preferred
- Excellent customer communication skills with a professional attitude toward client interactions
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors when necessary
