We are currently hiring Field Service Technicians to support our client on project sites across San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Complete Pre-Work Safe Plan before starting each site day
· Audit site —verify device locations against work order
· Log in to device, verify circuit IDs, confirm no live traffic
· Power clamp test —measure and record amps drawn
· De-energize remove fuses / trip breaker / apply LOTO tag
· CIV test as directed by client
· Update NetPal + Field Tech same day
Authority:
· You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
· Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.
Requirements
· Field Technician with install or deinstall experience in data centre or telecoms environments
· LOTO certification
· Flexible to travel to various locations
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong communicator
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Strong Computer skills
