- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Upsell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with call center operations is preferred.
- Basic cash handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
