Salary Starting Range - $18.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
To ensure that residents, staff and visitors are received in an excellent and professional manner and that the reception area operates a high-quality service at all times.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ability to coordinate multiple requests and respond in a timely manner
- Accurately update spreadsheets to track the services provided to residents
- Responsible for maintaining a smooth work flow in the Suites Building
- Perform office duties as necessary and maintain an orderly work station
- Assist with activities and events as needed
- Respond to residents needs with courtesy and promptness
- Coordinate and deliver items, e.g. mail, etc., to resident apartments
- Communicate with the kitchen for room service requests
- Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
- Proficient in computer skills, including database software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and proficient math and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to respond effectively in an emergency or crisis situation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, push, pull, sit and stand on feet for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Job offer is contingent on the following:
- Must pass background check (or have approved exemption)
- Must pass drug test, pre-employment physical and TB test
