American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position at a Level 3 Trauma, Joint Commission Accredited hospital in Paris, TX, requiring at least 2 years of OR experience and a TX or compact RN license.

Operating Room (OR) department in a 154-bed acute care hospital

Level 3 Trauma Center and Advanced Primary Stroke Care Center

Joint Commission Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI capability

Level 1 NICU on site; most complex hospital within a 70-mile radius
-
Recognized in the top 5% nationally for orthopedic outcomes

Day shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Every other weekend required

13-week contract

Active TX RN license or compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required

AHA certifications required prior to start date

SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Orientation takes place on Mondays

Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates

Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months

Cannot be employed full time elsewhere during the assignment
